Moyvalley Meats, one of Ireland’s largest meat processors, has recently implemented NOUVEM Meat Processing Software, throughout the entire operation.

 

Holding BRC and BordBia accreditation, Moyvalley Meats is a modern beef processing operation, with a turnover in excess of €100 Million, servicing customers throughout Europe and beyond.

The digital transformation from NOUVEM involved automating processes throughout their operation, removing manual paperwork where possible, fully integrating the factory with the back office.

 

With solutions now running in lairage, slaughter, de-boning, cold-store ,dispatch, payments office, sales office, shipping, finance and management, the successful go-live is a testament to the hard work of both parties.
